Flip Kart - Package returned but didn t updated in app instead showing as return cancelled

I have recently order a three shorts on flip kart .I have received * items in one package with one invoice but these are showing ss three separate orders.I didn't like the products so i have kept a return request as i have only package i return three items in single package when delivery boy came for pickup of one item because i have only one package and one invoice.But it is showing as only one item return and other two return are cancelled and i didn't received any refund. The order id is OD******************. I have even contacted the customer care service still the problem is not solved.
