I ordered grocery products on *aug and which was supposed to be delivered by *aug. The delivery date keep on delaying and for which I called customer service several times and mailed also.Everytime they assured to resolve the issue with in * days but no one contacted me and after * month the order cancelled from the seller side on the ground that the customer declined it.This is highly unethical. FLIPKART is least bothered for their customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
