we had ordered a sofa set on Flipkart but got torn leathered & damaged Sofa on **st May ****.On repeated requests to Flipkart for return or replace it ,they kept on extending the dates of technician visit to our home.Now they r telling that refund/replacement dates hv crossed & no refund or replacement will be done by Flipkart.We want the refund money rs ***** from Flipkart.
