I ordered a lighter from the company named as god of war kratos lighter around **rd feb and got delivered on **th Feb. Due to a reason I could only collect it a day prior. After opening the product I found it to be rust and the lighter from its outer body is not able to come out despite multiple tries. And still no use in opening. Afterwards I found multiple places where rust has been collected. When contacted about this issue and highlighting it to the customer service. They sent an email regarding the refund and replacement conditions and no reply afterwards.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
