I HAD PLACED ORDER ON DECEMBER **, **** AND HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER AND IT GOT SHIPPED BACK TO THE KARLAA SAYING CUSTOMER REJECTED IT, ON RAISING COMPLAINT ** TIMES THEY TOLD ME TO PAY SHIPPING TO GET THE ORDER BACK AND THEY SHALL SEND THE ORDER. FINALLY, ORDER GOT DELIVERED ON DECMEBER **, ****. HOWEVER, IT HAD BROKEN FUEL BOTTLE FOR WHICH I HAD PAID. NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY MAIL OR CHAT. ORDER ID #KF******
