I ordered a lighter and they sent me a non working one, they asked me to refill and i did but of no use it is clearly defective and now when i asked them to replace my product they stopped responding. I tried reaching them through email, instagram and whatsapp. They're just avoiding any conversation
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
