Meesho and Shadowfax Courier - Package picked up but not updated in Meesho app

I ordered a Jean from the Meesho app, but as the size was small, so I raise a request to exchange. The same day I got an AWB number from xpressbees, and the next day, Shadowfax courier agency picked up my order in the afternoon. on that same day, I got a call from another courier agency xpressbees for pick up, but my order was already picked up by ShadowFax. Then after * days, the status was updated that my exchange has been canceled. I called the courier agency, they confirmed that the order has already been delivered to the seller. I have an acknowledgment receipt and the status of my order. I called customer care many times and till now I didn't get any positive response. The back-end team is just checking the AWB number of xpressbees, not the AWB number of Shadowfax. It's been about * weeks and till now neither I got my exchanged item nor the status is updated in-app.
