I returned an order from myntra.It was picked up by ecom on **nov,**** from badli delhi ****** for refund.
Executive partner didnt give any receipt of pickup.
Though i have recovered CCTV footage of the area where he comes and picks up.
I received a message on same day stating my request has been cancelled.
I confirmed from myntra. The package has not reached them.
I complained in ecom, awb-*********, on *dec.
Today is ** dec, they are doing nothing.
I call them everyday.they only ask for more time.it has been ** days.
Till date, i have not received any update.
They hve started disconnecting phone calls.
Please help.
