Delhivery - Package not yet delivered

I did sent out a package to my relative in pune through Delhivery on the **th of July,****. After going through their site when I tracked the shipment giving the AWB Number it said that expected package will reach by the **th of July. on the **th when i re-checked again, it said delivery would be on the **th first morning then afternoon and lastly evening. However it was not delivered on the **th as well. Now it says the package will be delivered on the **th Morning. Customer care can't be reached as all the phone numbers says that due to the pandemic they can't receive any calls. Strange and so weird. When i whatsapp Delhivery it gives the same answer as the package is in transit in Pune and the address where it is probably lying however no contact number is given. Can anyone from delhivery pls check on whats going on? The AWB number is *************.
