I ordered a foundation on *th Oct , they claimed that it wilk reach to me latest by **th oct. It's **th oct , yet I've not received my package. I have called the consumer support of nykaa, never seen such a ridiculous service from any one. They can't even give a proper date when am I supposed to get my package. And on the app everytime it's been updated as item on hold.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
