Rahul Kumar Chaudhary filed complaint against Myntra on Apr 2, 2021
I have ordered a coat from Myntra which I have received and initiate return also, pickup guy came and verified product and said return product is not matching with image and asked me to tell to Myntra and he said he will come next day to pickup product. I said ok and once he returned back I tried to match product with order then I could not find any difference also Myntra confirmed that they has send right product and product return is on hold due to failed quality check, although product is matching with ordered product, pickup guy did fraud with me with false information when I complained this to Myntra then company said they will investigate the matter and will be resolved by **th March ****, but I have not received any resolution till date, Myntra is making fool to me by saying wait for ** hrs when I try to call customer care everyday.
Pickup guy has done fraud with me by putting return on hold wrongly and Myntra is not resolving this and making false promises
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
