On **/**/**** I had opted for their courier service. The next a wrong package was picked up hence I cancelled the shipment the same day with the TRACKING ID
************* and it's going to be * months that I haven't got the saree back. I have written end no of emails and always kept receiving the automated generic response until Oct **th and post that even they wouldn't respond to my emails. Please help me get my package as it was something quite precious to my mom and has a lot of emotions attached to it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
