I ordered Mi power bank on ** October **** and after *-* days they are showing that order has been delivered and afterwards I started contacting them for my order and they just keep on saying wait for some time and did nothing and said that I already have received the order and in reality till now I haven't received my order from them. I lost my money that is ***. Please help me out regarding this. I am complaining late because I was not knowing about this platform where we can get solutions to the problems to give by websites like Amazon. If needed I will provide order id also.
