I have placed order from Nykaa on **th Nov ****. It was showing the products will get delivered by *nd Dec ****. when it was *nd Dec the date got delayed to *th Dec, then *th Dec, then *dec, then **th Dec then it was showing **th Dec then **th Dec. I have gone through the tedious process of complaining to customer support multiple time from *nd Dec till *th Dec. Daily they shut me up with same answer that "we are looking into it and apologies" Daily they just tried to give some fake assurance to somehow end the chat. I was waiting for these Items for so long I was mentally exhausted. Today the message came the items have been returned to Nykaa without any explanation why! Just see the harassment I went through because of this Nykaa!! ** days I just waited for nothing!! and from **th Nov it was showing that my product reached my destination city but not delivered. just kept delaying and now finally they returned product and have not delivered. I need compensation for the harassment I had to go through for there fake assurance! I have to now buy everything again from some place else then why they asked me to wait?
