I placed an order for * T-shirts from Kwabey on ** March **** for ₹***. My Order ID is *******.
Even after ** days, the order has not been dispatched and the status still shows that it has not been picked up from the warehouse. I have not received any shipping details or tracking information.
I contacted the company multiple times by email on different dates but received no reply. I also tried calling both customer support numbers listed by the company (********** and **********), but both numbers were unreachable.
Because of the unreasonable delay and lack of response, I believe the company is not providing proper customer service and has failed to deliver the product within a reasonable time.
I request either:
*. Immediate dispatch of the order with tracking details within ** hours, or
*. A full refund of ₹*** to my original payment method.
Attached are screenshots of the order confirmation, current order status, emails sent, and call logs showing the support numbers were unreachable.
