I have ordered some goods in Beyoung app, As per the delivery ETA the goods were supposed to be delivered by **/**/****. There is no dispatch of the goods and no information on the shipping or tracking details provided.
I reached out to their chat support through what's app. They sent a greetings message and made me wait for longer time after elaborating the query I haven't got any response and they stopped messaging neither they shared any details on the shipment or any ETA .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
