Beyoung - out of stock scam

I order a set of polo tshirts on **th of July which was meant to be delivered within * days and were indicated as in stock but after * days of no change in delivery status of the order I raised the issue with beyoung customer care through WhatsApp but there they are not resolving the issue just extending the time period by wasting it. I have been asked to wait for the restock but shouldn't I be informed about the stock issue before I was ordering
