Beyoung - Regarding misdeclaration of Return Policy

When we placed the Order ot shows that Order item can be Returned or Exchange within * Days from the receipt. We have received the product in which the quality and fit was not upto mark so we want to return the same but they are just creating confusion and telling that we can Exchange the same but we don't want the Exchange we want the item to be return and amount paid by us to be refunded
