Hi, I tried purchasing a mobile back cover for my one plus sux mobile phone from oplore.com.I received an intimation that my product has been in processing state. When i tried to track my order, the site says that such an order doesn't exist. I tried to phone the customer service but in vain. I mailed their site and they replied giving me some tracking details which again could not be tracked. I wish to report on your negligent attitude towards customers and their poor service towards us.
