I am living in Banswara District, Rajasthan. I booked a new connection of Independent TV from the distributor in Banswara. He confirmed me prior to booking the connection that If you take a new connection with Freedom **** plan then you will get all the channels free for * year with ** HD channels with same terms and condition. I also confirmed with him whether any changes will affect our pack, as per the new TRAI rules to us in future. But he confirmed that you will get the all benefits till * year with ** HD channels and in future till * year none of the channels get disconnected. So I booked the connection on **-Jan-****. I was provided Customer ID as **********. I enjoyed the channels as stated by the distributor till ** Feb-**, but from **-Feb-**** all HD channels were discontinued without prior intimation or my permission or my wish.
After that in regular intervals, channels got discontinued and in April month I migrated in some pack where around **-** channels which were allowed earlier in Freedom pack are currently discontinued and not available and I am not able to watch them. I again want to confirm that I have never allowed or given permission to Independent TV for such pack migration, but still this act was done by him. So I think now all my hard earned money seems looted by the company as If they at the time of providing the connection followed the instruction of TRAI and communicated the clear future situation of channel list. I might have not taken the connection and had saved my money and have invested the same with the other D*H company.
Requesting you kindly please intervene and instruct Independent TV to migrate me in such a pack where I can enjoy all the channels as promised in the Freedom **** pack with all the benefits of the HD channels as promised in the pack.
Kindly look into the matter and Instruct Independent TV to do the needful on top priority.
