I have booked Independent TV DTH service last year, and got connection in this year, but after getting channel as per the initial terms got free HD channel, later they did not provide. Even now their Set top box is not working. I am trying to call their help line number but no one responded. I am calling onto their ****-******* / ****-******* number ***********, but no response. They fooled me and many customer. Please help
