I was purchase independent tv setup box in feb ****, and last * months they are not supplying chanels on our setup box, now their official website is also closed and customer care is also closed. Distributer is saying company is closed now, we cant do any things. Many people are facing this problom, we have also send mail to company mail id but we didn't get any revert from their.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
