Zara - Package not picked up

I placed an order. It was delivered on time (January **, ****). I placed a return before or on January **, ****. The item was supposed to picked up within **-** hours. I’m writing this complaint on January **, **** after speaking to * customer support executives. All I have gotten from their side is ‘ticket has been raised, wait for **-** hours’. I even asked them to change the pickup address, but no action had been taken so far. Customer support executive wouldn’t even reply on chats on time. So so shameful of them.
