I ordered a smartwatch crossbeats ignite atlas it,s in built gps was not working so I requested for return and refund but only replacement was available so it was replaced on Sunday * October again it’s gps was not working so I again filed a return. The package was to be picked up on **th October but it won’t so when I called on their customer service they said it’s return time is finished
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
