Nykaa - Package not picked up after 1 months of return request

We bought a sound bar from nykaa worth about **k and while receiving it we discovered its quality is not good so we requested a return and it was accepted, so next day the pickup person came on a bike and after seeing the pakage said he won't be able to take the package as it very big and promised that he will send a car for pickup the next day but the next day never came
If this was not enough the pickup company canceled our pickup request by saying that the customer (us)has refused for the pickup
We opened the request again by contacting nykaa support
But it didn't help as the next day our request was canceled again by stating the same reason that the customer has canceled it
We have called nykaa support for like * * times and was on chat with them on daily bases since the request has been placed
This order was placed by my father and he has been mentally tortured because he has to call or chat to nykaa support every day by sacrificing his time from his busy schedule but still there is no solution till now
Its been ** days and they have done nothing now i need my **k refund and compensation from nykaa
