I have ordered two books from pw store of pw app many days ago , but they have not even packed the ordered , even though they usually take */* days to dispatch the order ...it's not because of bad weather because I have ordered the products on Tuesday ** August ,today is ** August... I want my order to be packed and shipped ... I can't even cancel the order as I don't trust they will pay back my payment
