Pw Store - Package not delivered

I ordered the sprial notebook set of * for my brother on **rd July,**** . It was showing delivery date **th july ,**** . But when i checked on **th july,**** , it was showing order recieved ( neither packed shipped nothing ) . Then i emailed them a lot and they asked to cancel the product if i want refund , but when i wanted to cancel , it is showing order packed , so now i can't cancel . Then from **th july , **** till today i.e. *,August,**** , it is showing order packed only(neither shipped or anything). It is taking too long . I dont know whether it will be delivered or not or my what about my money . My parents are scolding me .My brother is not able to start making his notes beacuse he does not has notebooks . We cannot buy him new notebooks because we already have paid ₹*** to them . Please help .
