I am filing this complaint against Physics Wallah (PW) Stode regarding my order placed on * March ****, which included books, officer's kit and welcome kit.I paid ₹*,*** for this order. However, it has now been a complete month, and the order has still not even been PACKED, let alone dispatched(except officer's kit which was delivered on * march ****).
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received conflicting and misleading responses from their support team. At times, I was told that the items are out of stock, and at other times, I was told there are logistics issues, however, since the order has not even been packed, these explanations are completely unacceptable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
