I have purchased * products from amazon on ** sept with payment through gift card + online payment using UPI coated rs **** .I didnt receive products and it is showing delivered on their portal .After complaining multiple times on customer care now the last point of contact is saying they are unable to do anything because in investigation they have found that product is delivered on the mentioned address to the resident .but I didn't receive any order till yet not they are providing refund.

When I call them they just tranfer call to other executive and each time I need to explain my issue to every single employee,when I ask them to provide the proof where they have delivered my product ,it may be they have delivered on wrong delivery they don't have any explanation on this ,they also don't know which delivery agent has delivered when I told them to confront delivery agent and consolidate the issue.They are just wasting my time ,they are not providing any resolution .It is their fault if they have done wrong delivery ,they should bear the loss when I ask them to describe the scenario they start speaking off topic .They didnt ask any otp nor they call us before delivering the order.They are fooling people ,It is not expected from such a big brand company.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
