I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Baby food product
The issue that I have experienced was: This order was placed on **th oct **** and it is showing delivered on **th oct ****. But this product is not delivered to me. Ever after subsequent follow-ups and complaints I couldn't find that package {Pediasure Health and Nutrition Drink Powder for Kids Growth - *kg (Vanilla)} worth rs ****** = ****/-
And after ** days amazon is saying that he cannot do anything in this, as the order is delivered to me as per his internal enquiry.
This incident simply broke the trust with amazon. I have been attached to amazon since the last *-* yrs and place orders from *** rs to *****{ac}. This mishap incident occurs for the first time and amazon surrenders with his verdict that he cannot do anything in this regard. In today's era if this matter doesn't resolve here It will impact the brand name all over the social media from facebook to twitter.
In this case delhivery is also associated with this so this mishap could also affect them.

I simply want a clarification from amazon and refund my money at least ****/-
