I returned * article to Amazon online shopping from Dtdc courier service singtam, but the article was not delivered after being charged Rs *** for small package due to which I lost my price of article also which is Rs ***. They came to me with my product giving some excuses of non delivery of product and I told them to give me valid reason with a proof of details. after that they never try to contact me regarding my product but also kept my article by themselves.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
