Ashish Lamba filed complaint against Amazon on Sep 22, 2018
I raised an order for Jabra bluetooth earphones, Delivery date was **st Sept ****.
On **st I received a message stating that order was rejected by customer, whereas I never got any call for the same.
After raising my complaint *nd time the order was re-booked by Amazon representative for **th Sept as delivery date.(with normal delivery - even when Amazon accepted the fault).
I needed the product maximum by **nd Sept. This is not acceptable of a company which should ensure good customer satisfaction.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
