Geetika Kalra filed complaint against DTDC on Sep 15, 2020
My courier was supposed to be received in the last week of july, have not received it yet. Have went out to my nearest head branch to check on it and they ensured I will get it in * days but not received.
After a complete month, when i was not in town they marked it delivered on **th august. and when i raised a complaint on **th august, thet said they are checking and finally i could get through customer care and still they are checking. They forwarded me some numbers to call which they never pick up.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
