Professional Courier - Package not delivered

I would like to inform you that a delivery boy of professional courier contact my house mobile at *.**p.m. on *th July **** to deliver my consignment no. MCD******** item at Hati more, Siliguri, West Bengal. We stayed at *nd floor of the flat. But, my wife told him that you come to our flat gate, I will hang a bag, you drop the item in my bag. But, the delivery boy don't give the item today.
During this COVID pandemic situation, you should be cooperative in mind by maintaining social distance. We expect cooperative service. But, the boy desperately returned from my flat without dropping my item in the bag and he want to handover directly. I want not to receive the item from his hand. So that, I hang a bag from *nd floor of the flat to collect the item. But, the boy desperately returned without drop the item in the bag in this COVID pandemic situation. I
n this connection, I would like to inform you that all courier company delivered our items in the same process. I dropped my bag, then boy drop items, then I withdraw my item. This is the safe process during covid situation.
If you are unable to deliver of my process, you may send the item in the morning. Again, you are requested to send my items on urgent basis.
But the boy ultimately not yet came to deliver my item.
