i anamika order some flower and chocolates for my friends birthday on ** *f august ****. and choose delivery time ** of august morning *am to * am. and today is ** of august and they still not delivered my order to my friend. i called them *to* times and they give me a reason that repentant not available but they did not called me when they go for delivery. and after that they told that you have to pay *** rupees as delivery charges to send your gift again. and i pay that money also. they again cant deliver my order when i ask for refund they refuse. please help me
