I had ordered a package of two items that is Arduino Mega and Aluminium flexible coupling on ** June **** to Dehradun but I have not received my package till now. I have emailed them more than ten times and have submitted complaints about not delivering the package on customer support webpage of their website. I have even called them, initially, I called on one number which they have mentioned on their delivery page never worked till now then from other pages on internet I got one number which worked, about ** days past then they said that they will deliver my order now two weeks have gone they are not answering. But still, now I didn't receive any mail or phone call from them regarding my package. If I called them back the mobile number is not accepting calls and tried many times to the help desk and send mail to the website but did not receive any information from them. I have to work on an important project but my package is not delivered they have wasted my half month time.
