Rees52 - Seller is not responding Order Money both stuck

I ordered some goods at the online store www.REES**.com on ** September ****.
As of today (* October ****), I have not received any update, confirmation or information regarding my order. The seller doesn't reply on his What'sApp support number either.
Now I wish to cancel my order but there is no option on the website of seller www.REES**.com to cancel order.
