In order to expedite delivery of a kit (ESW CSE Course Kit- KT****), I paid an extra $*** for express shipping. According to the website, I should have it in * to * days. However, ** days have passed and I still haven't received the kit. When I tried contacting customer service, they didn't even pick up. It has been displaying the same thing to me for ** days. I addressed them about cancelling and getting a refund because I was sick of waiting for the purchased kit, but they aren't even replying my emails or calls, so I don't know where my order is right now. My **-day time period was wasted, and I didn't get my money returned.
