I placed two orders ( ID: # ****** & ******) on dated **/**/**** for Aquarium medicines. But despite of my continuous pursuances through mail s and on WhatsApp no. I have received no response till date. Although WhatsApp is active & I request them to process refund but nothing done till date. I need either my package delivered or refund of my amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
