I have ordered a set of diaphragms for Hailea HAP*** air pump on **/**/**** online at Makemyhobby (order No. ******).
The only status I see about my order is "processed" and there has been no response from the company after all these days of waiting.
Incidentally, I got someone on chat yesterday and it was mentioned to me that the material would be sent to me yesterday and gave me the Indiapost consignment number CA********** to track. India post tracking system did not identify this number, which, I have mentioned during the chat. I was told again to track in the evening. When I went to track Indiapost this morning, it says again that "consignment number is not valid".
I feel something is dubious about this company.
I need to have my material delivered to me without further delays, or have the amount refunded.
