I made an order of aquarium fishes and accessories on ** july. after that they denied my order on *rd of August and told me to give my details and they will refund in *-* days,i provided. after ** days i contacted to them on their given WhatsApp no. but there is no response. i messaged many times but there is not any response and now ** days have been gone I didn't get the refund nor any response.it is a certified website no. * in Google search list.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
