Overnight Express - Package not delivered

I had not received the courier till now (*.*.****). The courier company staff (Dindigul office) said that they will not dispatch the parcel at the delivery address and said to collect at the office and afterwards he refused to deliver. I made a complaint to Coimbatore office and Chennai office and their reply was not satisfactory. Last * days they were playing with me that they will deliver it by tomorrow and today the Dindigul office in-charge person said that he will not deliver the parcel and he will return back it. Worst service provider. I hope a positive response from your end.
