I have done courier through overnite express from kolkata to bangalore which was suppose to be delivered by air.The person told me it will be delivered within * days but its been * days its not been delivered.When contacting head office kolkata they r telling from their end they r not responsible and they don't have any info about the goods.I have done shipment of value approx ****/- which they r denying to compensate.The item was very urgent to deliver which the receipent was waiting eagerly for the parcel.The company is saying the goods has been lost.
