I ordered coffee power from Nagaprasad Traders, Kalasa, Karnataka and they send it through DTDC Courier. I received a call from Mr. Narasimha, +**-**********, DTDC, Uppal on **th July asking me the directions to my home for delivery of the packet but was not delivered. Again I called that guy on **th July to check for the status and I am not getting proper response. They said they will send that package to nearest courier office to my home and inform me for collection, but after vigorous followup also I did not received any response till date.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
