I have ordered a remote control car on **th June **** which is supposed to be delivered by *th July which is not yet delivered today is **th July.. I have raised a complaint one week back and there Is no progress. The support says the delivery was hit * times at my door step where I'm we were out of station.. which is not correct.. none of them came to deliver neither they tried contacting me before.. now they say the package has been returned to Delhi and they will be shipping it today. I'm not sure how may more days it would take.. and the status in my app says delivered on *tg July which is absolutely wrong.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
