I have placed a order on *th Feb for Hoya Plant In Ceramic Grey Pot worth Rs. ***. They asked for a specific delivery date which i provided **th feb. Till now the product is not delivered. i have called them several times and also raised queries but they are only saying that the product is dispatched and out for delivery since yesterday. The tracking number of bluedart provided by them is also incorrect and showing no information. I am totally harassed by them as they are providing me no help for where exactly the product is nor cancelling my order and refunding me back the money. They have already ruined the occasion for which i have placed the order but now they are not even cancelling the order and refunding me back my money. I have raised several queries and complaints but without any help. Please help me get my money back from these fraudsters. Worst experience.
