Sir,
I request you to please help me out of fraud make by Amazon.sir on * th of June **** I ordered a luminous inverter of amount ****/- from amazon.my order no is ***-*******-******* and I made payment through my credit card. Sir the delivery date was given ** th June and I got massage of shipment on * th June that it has been shipped through fedex courier.But I have not got the item till date.
Sir I tried to track the item on FedEx website but it was a fake tracking id.i tried several times to contact with Amazon as well as with direct seller but I did not get any positive response.
On ** June I requested Amazon to refund my amount but till date it has not been initiated.i made many calls to them but they are saying that they are not able to contact with seller and plz wait for more * days.sir I am fade up with this and my money has stuck up.plz help me to recover it.
Sit a fine also to be imposed on Amazon for irresponsible behavior and pathetic way of handling complaints.their customer representative are rude and only they are there to make excuses.
Plz help me sir..
