AKANSHA WAHANE filed complaint against Nykaa.com on Nov 18, 2019
I placed my order on **th October, after not receiving my order i called multiple times on their customer support asking for the status but the said that the order is in transit and later missing. so i asked for cancellation and refund but they are not accepting it. They are saying that the order will be delivered then i will get the refund but the delivery service has lost my order so it has become impossible that they will provide my refund. it has been a torture for me. please help me resolve this issue.
