Nykaa.com - Damaged item sent

They sent me a damaged rayban sunglasses on **th Feb and I created a return request on the same date with the help of their customer support. Their customer support team uploaded the pictures and after *days they rejected my return request saying that the images were incorrect. Then I pleaded and begged their customer support to create another return request which after so much of problems they finally did. And I checked the images with the customer support **-** times and they reassured me that this time I was not going to face any issues and it’s not gonna get rejected this time. But after * days again it got rejected and while asked for the reason they provided me with * different reasons. *st was all the products has been dispatched correctly.
*nd was the weight was same throughout. And *rd was they cannot accept my return request because my history was bad. Firstly I never said I received a wrong item I received an item which was slightly displaced from the left side but if I use it the glasses gonna fall off. *nd the weights cannot differ as the products and packaging was the same. *rd I only shopped twice from nykaa my entire life how can you say that my customer histroy is bad? Even if it was so bad according to you then why would you send a product to me. Let alone a damaged high value product. Since they don’t have any answers to these questions they are disconnecting my calls and chats again and again . It’s been ****th time now I have contacted nykaa. I have paid for a service and I want a proper service. As I have paid for it I demand a refund on the same as it’s a damaged product. Even the outerbox and inner box were damaged.
