Nykaa.com - Order Not Delivered Missed

I place an order of essentials to Nykaa on *th May which they shipped on the same day or next day from Mumbai via Delhivery Courier. As it was for essentials it was allowed during the National lockdown. As per the tracker, Shipment reached Ahmedabad on **th May, and from **th May to till date, it is still showing in Ahmedabad. Now the issue is when we are asking for delivery status Neither Nykaa nor delhivery responding. from the last ** days, a standard reply has been given that your shipment is on the way towards your destination but in reality, it is not moving from Ahmedabad. since ita a prepaid order they are not accepting cancellation or refund. what should I do now?
